We are excited to share the 3rd episode of the Myoozekalede Series. It is a Special Music Experience as we take a Deep Dive into the Artistry of Karega Ani. Just in case in case you're wondering who is Karegi Ani?? Let us fill you in >>>>>

Karega began developing his craft while earning his BS in Psychology at Prairie View A&M University. It was there that he was afforded the opportunity to study African American Literature under the tutelage of Dr. Ntozake Shange. Since that time, Karega has independently released 3 full length albums and 2 poetry books Black Ivory and My Big Black Audacity. He represented Houston on three consecutive National Poetry Slam Teams, as well as Detroit in 2006.

He has performed at venues from coast to coast, both individually and alongside literary luminaries such as Sunni Patterson, Asia Rainey, Saul Williams, The Last Poets, Mutabaruka, Taalam Acey, et al. Ani has also been published in The Pierian Literary Journal (Albany State University) and has graced the pages of numerous other publications over the span of his career. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA, innovating and fighting on all fronts.
